We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide not to accept the product, please inform the delivery rider immediately upon delivery. Be sure to inspect the product carefully before the rider leaves.

If you choose not to accept the product, only the delivery charge will be applicable.
⚠️ Once the rider has left, returns will no longer be accepted, so it’s important to make your decision while the rider is present.

আমরা চাই আপনি আপনার কেনাকাটায় সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। যদি কোনো কারণে আপনি প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণ না করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেন, তাহলে ডেলিভারি রাইডার উপস্থিত থাকতেই তা জানাতে হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে রাইডার চলে যাওয়ার আগে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করুন।

আপনি যদি প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণ না করেন, তাহলে শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
⚠️ রাইডার চলে যাওয়ার পর আর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না, তাই সিদ্ধান্তটি তার উপস্থিতিতেই নিতে হবে।

Exchange Policy

If the product doesn’t fit properly, we offer a size exchange option.You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request an exchange.

Please note:

• • Exchanges are only applicable for size issues.

• • Requests made after the 3-day window cannot be processed.

• • The customer should have to bear the exchange-delivery charge (sending and receiving).

যদি প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ ঠিক না হয়, তাহলে আমরা সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ দিচ্ছি। ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে এক্সচেঞ্জের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে।

দয়া করে লক্ষ্য করুন:

• • শুধুমাত্র সাইজ সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য।

• • ৩ দিনের পরে এক্সেঞ্জ অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

• • গ্রাহককে এক্সচেঞ্জের ডেলিভারি চার্জ (পাঠানো এবং গ্রহণ – উভয় দিকের খরচ) বহন করতে হবে।
